Does Wales have a functioning Common Law Court? It sounds like they do. Great news.

When will North Shropshire get one?  The other experienced campaigners say the battle is first of all political.  A court alone without mass political support will not be able to overturn the State's agenda.

Heads up Tap - NEW HSBC FRAUD.

‘Of all the whistleblowers I’ve come across, Mr Wilson has about the greatest credibility and is the least motivated by personal grievance’ Ian Fraser author of Shredded: Inside RBS, the Bank That Broke Britain

Exposing £1bn fraud by HSBC (HFC Bank) that has been covered up or whitewashed by all the regulators and police involved. I am now working on a private prosecution of the bank and solicitors.

I used to be head of debt recovery at Weightmans solicitors and acted for the John Lewis Partnership for 25 years. I now reveal that hundreds of thousands of people have paid, or are still paying “collection charges”, unlawful contingency fees which were added to balances if they defaulted on the following accounts that the bank handled: John Lewis, Dixons, Currys, B&Q, PC World, Furniture Village; Marbles and GM Card credit cards and loans from HFC Bank and Beneficial Finance.

Here is a claim form which includes the illegal charge (now redacted), with my name on. All claim forms carried my name until I was sacked

Any fellow Tap readers know the difference (if any) between Common Law and Anglo-Saxon Law? Reason I ask is because of this <> http://www.oneworldofnations.com/2014/10/what-heavens-really-like-by-leading.html?showComment=1413926688382#c6211237952689492786

    Here's the quote
Catholicism is founded upon Anglo-Saxon Law and NOT Common Law. Common Law does not provide the rights and freedom people think it does. As such Anglo-Saxon Law needs to be utilized and not its impostor that goes under the name Common Law. Nevertheless such misinformation is dangerous when history is systematically rewritten by Jesuits in particular. That would not be the first time either. Shakespeare was the work of the powerful House of Breakspear (from which a Pope originated) and the English Jesuit College and brought forth hundreds of new words....many of which ended with ment from the Latin mente which means mind. Control of the mind....government, agreement, acknowledgement (etc.)....it happened to provide a perfect applicable framework for law....
