Most tap water in the UK is toxic and needs end use filtration down to half a micron, costing about £1000 for a whole household system. The health benefits are well worth it. I have installed one in my house and those of my near relatives, with noticeable improvement in health.
I can't access many gold trader sites today either - kitco, google etc. They seem to be trying to repair the damage done to the charts. Gold and silver crashing is not in their plans and has to be stopped in its tracks. They don't read The Tap clearly.
The whole house system at 1 micron does not reduce pressure, but the half micron for drinking water does a bit but it's lovely to drink clean water so you don't mind.

Are you suggesting that we have the same problem here in the UK?

Does the half micron filtration reduce water pressure?
How often do you need to change the filters and how much do they cost?

Filters every six months. nor sure of cost.
